Default Crunch!!

A photo I took at the county fair. Sorry, I really don't know what questions to ask yet, as I'm one of those *lucky* amateurs. The camera I used for this shot basically did all the work for me, I did a little post processing (cropping and such). I was given a 30D as a gift and I am trying to learn that camera.

DSC01423

Camera: Sony DSC-H1
Exposure: 0.006 sec (1/160)
Aperture: f/4.0
Focal Length: 21.1 mm
ISO Speed: 64

Hi, Wade -

Sorry that it's taken so long for you to get a comment. Sometimes it happens, though.

Nice timing to this photo. The collision on the left (? can't tell if there's a driver in that car on the left or not) looks good, as does the smoke coming from the car in the middle.

To me, though, the crops on the sides are a bit too tight. Do you have any more room in the original that can be put back in? Also - and while I'm looking at this on a laptop - the photo could use some added contrast and maybe a slight boost in color saturation.

Other than that, looks fine to me.
