Default street performers, too much editing?

image too large for thread i think

This is an old pic, from a trip to Boston last summer.

The only editing done is I exaggerated the background blur and burned the shadows on the ground. I think i like how it turned out but not sure if it's too much? Please and thank you for looking =]

the way you have done the blurring of background makes the image look like a photoshopped insertion - ie the performers look like they were added in PS.....

The composition isnt that great either - the floor angle makes it hard to instantly see what the subject is....

Yeah, the post-processing was taken a little too far, in my humble opinion. There's too much of a separation between the performers and spectators.

I actually like it.. with a little less blur and some cropping I think it would be great... but shucks, what do I know?
