Default The Runner Goes

Hey all,

Please view the large size at my Flickr page.

What I would like your thoughts on:

1. What do you think of the crop? Should I have cropped closer to the players and action on the field? Should I have cropped closer to the base runner?

2. I adjusted the curves to accentuate mid-level tones and used an unsharp mask at 50% and radius of 50 px. Too much PP?

Thanks for looking, I appreciate all comments.

I like it, It captures the hole moment of the game. you could maybe crop the top dck of the crowd out to put a little more focus on the action.

I have to agree with Matt concerning cropping down below the upper deck. When I looked at the larger image it did not appear to be as sharp as could be. With night games it is difficult to have a faster shutter speed with the way the stadium lighting is unless you are closer to the field. I would back off a little on the post processing. Sometimes less is better.
