Default "The Catch"

Hello all! My first post on DPS. I thought I would start out with one of my favorites! I'm a "Nikon guy" now but the Canon treated me right for this one! Comments, Suggestions and/or questions always welcome. Thanks!

Nice capture I use the MKII's as well! as you know, the receiver could have been facing your way But, sometimes that doesn't seem to happen as often as we'd like a situation such as this pictured to be. Looks like catches my son used to make. He now just wrestles as all this friends seemed to grow up.

I shoot these type of shots for my son's midget football team. This is great! I love the action captured.

Very nice. For me, the crop is just a bit too tight on all 4 sides. Other than that, I think you did well.

I agree... Did you crop it in PP ? If so you might want to give your subjects a bit more room to breathe.
But anyhow this is a great shot. Two thumbs up!

Thanks to everyone for your comments. Shot was cropped in CS4. Sideline clutter, etc. was the reason I cropped down so tight but I completly agree with all of your comments.
Photo finished 2nd in the Adult action catagory in the Canon "Why do you love Football" Contest.
