Default Remote Control Helicopter - Action - Critique Please

http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3368/...bf35b17a_b.jpg

Focal Length: 164.7 mm
Aperture: f/5.3
Exposure: 0.003 sec (1/400)
Camera: Nikon D90
ISO: 250

Just looking for general feedback or anything that I could do to improve on action shots of this nature as I am really interested in shooting these hobbies.

I love the fact that you can see droplets coming from the exhaust.

Thanks for looking

Hey 74fpv , nice shot , my Dad was a model plane and helicopter nut before he moved on to building a couple of real ones . You have great focus here and have captured the helicopter well , if there is one thing that could be improved on I would say is the framing of the shot , the heli is sitting a little high in the frame for my liking and to see all of the blades lowerin the framing would really set the image alight , but other than that I really like what you've done here , look forward to more . All the best

Thanks Bradzo66,

I managed to get a couple of shots on the day and as they move so erraticaly at times composition is difficult to maintain I'd have to agree if the chopper was more centralised it would have really popped.

Thanks for looking.

Jason
