I like the use of black & white.. gives it an old school feel and lots of texture. Composition: it feels like your shooting down on top of him. I think you'd like a little more room above him (as your cropping his head a bit) and to include more of the wave - if you had done this think of how sick it would be. I think that's all it would've taken to make this a really incredible photo. How did you take this? In the water? On a boat or jet ski or somethign?

aside from the head crop it is great. i like to use black and white for surf on stormy days to get rid of all the grays but i really like the shot.
