It seems pretty good... I definately like the angle you have to the rider, I think thats very nice. The position of the rider in the frame is pretty good, maybe moving him a little left would put him more on the third and make it a little better but I like it as it is. Was there a reason you put the bleachers and trash can in? For me it takes attention away from the rider and doesnt really add anything. Personally I don't think they're needed for balance or anything.
Did you do any post processing? It seems a little overexposed/lacking contrast/lacking color saturation. This might give it a dry feeling though which kind of lends itself to the location... hard to say without seeing the two and comparing. I guess I'm on the fence about this photo in a couple ways.

hi there nice photo. definitely think you could of enhanced your colours a little bit...like the angle i do think however that you could have put it a little more in the middle. it would of looked nice with a trail of dust.
