Default F2 in Auto

Another of my many oval racing photos.
I would like some critique on this photo please, i took a race of F2s racing in auto setting on my camera just to experiment with really and to play about with editing afterwards.

Does it look ok? is the motion blur in the right places, exposure right?
Would you of cropped this photo any different? (original can be seen in my flickr)

Hi Vix,
Nice photo

Personally, I would have left more room on left so the subject had some "room" to move into - place to go. Excellent panning shot though I must say - you kept the car in great focus - just needs someplace to go

Just my $0.02

I would agree 100%. The shot itself is good. Leave some more room in front of the car. It will help with showing motion by leaving it a place to move to. With that being said more room could also be added to the stands above the car since you got the motion blur captured so nicely. Think about the rule of thirds. Try putting the car in the bottom right intersection.
