Shot this at 300mm at the Wachovia Center last week. Perhaps a little less sharp than I'd like, but I love the pic because of the fans against the glass. The Flyers had just won the game and Philly fans are always eager to show their loyalty (only if we win...)

Thoughts, please!

Thumbs up

I don`t like it, i`m a Montreal Canadians fan...LOL.
Jokes asside, i think it could be better if the players feet were not cut off.
Very nice shot.

I think my eye is drawn to the yellow too much - well away from the interaction between the fans and players. I think cropping this could really improve it. When I first looked at it I thought it needed a vertical crop tight on the players, then I read that your focus was on the fans. A vertical crop still might work since you could include the girl in the stripes and the girl on the left, whos expression is priceless.

If you want to stick with landscape you could include the guy on the far left in the jersey, the priceless girl and her guy, and drop the players into the lower right 1/3, cropping near their waist.

Or maybe simply cropping out the yellow at the bottom would be enough to ease the distraction.

Those are my thoughts for what they're worth, I'd experiment with cropping it myself if I weren't at work. That girls expression is great though, it and the guy in the jersey really captures the moment.

Great feedback, Eric. I may play with the crop and see if I can draw some more attention to the players and perhaps less the onlookers. Thanks again for the in-depth feedback!
