Default Calf Roping

I was wondering if I could get some help.

Craig in Del Rio

Camera: Olympus E-300
Exposure: 0.005 sec (1/200)
Aperture: f/4.0
Focal Length: 81 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off

I am covering another calf roping this weekend and i was wondering if I could get some suggestions. The one I have to cover is in an inside arena so the lighting will be different but I would like some general help. my main thing is if you think that I captured the moment.

I also have some other rodeo pictures on my flickr if you have some time and would like to give back some ideas on them feel free.

Inside, you'll most like need to shoot at a higher ISO 800-1000. Shoot on manual at a speed of at least 250-320 to stop the action.
