Default First Action Shot

This is my first action shot and would love some feedback i.e. exposure, contrast etc. I shot it at 1/2000, F.5.6 and ISO 1600 with lots of artificial light and an external flash. Thanks!!

Personally, I think it a little dark and I can't really discern the sharpness of the drop(s). There's a great thread on water drop shots in the "How I Took It" section that might beneficial.

Thanks so much Lori for the feedback. I have another shot and I also adjusted the tone of the original one I posted. Are these any better? I also used instructions from the camera manual to create the shots. I know there is still some reflected light, does this distract from the photo?
