So I went to the EMU basketball game tonight. I felt a little better about my pictures tonight. So tonight, I'll use the picture I was happy with.
I guess if I had one complaint, I wish I would have gotten more of his face in the shot. This was as far as I could pull out with the lens. Should I have cropped this a little more? Is there something I can download for the noise? And the good stuff: Model Canon EOS 50D ISO 12800 Exposure 1/2000 sec Aperture 3.5 Focal Length 28mm |

I like the composition. What lense did you use to shoot this with? If you have the ability to use a faster lense...open your aperature and lower the ISO. Also, some of the NCAA arenas have the ability for remote trigger for their lighting that you could tie into. Basically what happens is that there are strobes in the rafters that with the right gear you can trigger remotely.
Keep shooting, I see the progress. TFS |
