Default Eastern Michigan At Central Michigan

Okay this time I'm going to take a shot that I really like from that game.
From Michigan Exposures

The good stuff:
Model Canon EOS 50D
ISO 1250
Exposure 1/6400 sec
Aperture 5.6
Focal Length 307mm
My thoughts:
I think it's got about everything I need - eyes, decent composition, some action. Would this shot have been helped if I had pulled the lens out a bit to get some of the Central players or do you guys think this one is fine as it is? I really like it.

Looks like you nailed it to me! Only you know if there was anything interesting going on outside the current frame. But as a shot of your subject, it's good in my opinion.

Well on the left there is white fang reaching for the ball. On the right there's one of Eastern's linemen getting something. There's the Central player behind the Eastern player....
