I have tried editing this photo but for some reason i cant get it to look good. Any tips on how to improve this.

No, no and no. Good balance on tones, good tension between cliffs and woman, Exposure is spot on at this displayed size (it may be lighter at large sizes or in a print).

Nothing is sharp. It appears you have either missed focussing or have shot at too slow of shutter speed to prevent camera shake or freeze the motion of the car.

What shutter speed were you using?

Also keep in mind that not all pics can be recovered by editing, let alone be made to good ones..

Thanks for the comments, i dont think its a problem with the shutter speed as that was the same for all my pics. It might just be from the fence i was trying to take the pics through.

The white balance appears to be too cool from the overall blue cast, warming it up might bring out some color saturation.
