Default Motocross - dust flying

This photo is taken on a dry track that made the dust fly when they took the corner hard. The settings was at 1/500s f/4.0 focal at 108 and iso100

IMG_7749

When i take photos on action i´m almost always have shutter priority mode on.

I am new in photographing and try to learn new things everyday. So any comment/critigue is good for me to learn more....

Nice action shot, especially with the dust. I would crop out the left part with the trees.

Next time at the races try to find a spot with fewer distractions or build them into the composition, for example the crowd in the background getting covered in dust.

Hope this helps.

Really nice photo. I cant think of any changes i would make to it. I like the trees in the background they give you a sense of the setting (if that makes any sense).

Really like the picture. I wouldn't edit too much of it, perhaps crop out the background so there is more focus on the biker and less distractions, but otherwise it can't be faulted. Nice job!

Crop for impact. This puts more emphasis on the rider.
