Yea, that is a nice shot. I'm not sure if I like the DC banner running right up into the middle of the photo but I also shoot MX and know how hard it is to avoid banners.
Other than that, the exposure looks good to me. I might crop the guy on the right side of the photo. That would also place the rider more in the rule of thirds.
