Default Quadnight

Some friends of mine organised a quadevent. There were about 30-40 vehicles participating. This is my favorite shot but there are more shots available on my flickr.

Very nice work with the panning. Can you post your EXIF so we can see the shutter speed? (just curious)

My two issues/suggestions are: (1) I'm not sure that the extreme tilt works, at least not for me. I find myself tilting my head so I can view it more easily and (2) is there a blue cast to the photo? I'm seeing it on a laptop monitor, so I could be off on the color thing.

Also, would a touch more contrast help?

Cool photo. Do you have a quad as well as a camera?

Added the EXIF

(1) I didn't tilt it.. I had to be quick to get the shot so wasn't able to make the best of it..
(2) Yes there is a blue tone added. You think it's not ok?

And no I don't have a quad.. Photography is my expensive hobby..

Thnx for your comment!

They like to see you ask at least 1 or more pointed question for people to hit on. Like on this you could have asked if people thought the slight blue tint works in this image, then I usually open it up by commenting that I am willing to receive any feedback people might have as well. Hope that helps.

As far as this image goes I am not a fan of the extreme tilt either, however it is a pretty good panning shot in my opinion and a really nice image. The blue tint does not really effect me either way but I would maybe try just a traditional B&W application.
Overall it is a pretty cool image, nice job.

Mike
