Default Advice please
Hi everyone, new to the forum. This is from my wife's volleyball game this past weekend. They play at a gym where the light is kind of funky, fluorescent with open doors that pour in sunlight in 2 of the corners and windows up high that contribute to my quandary. Is there anything else I can do to try to lessen the grain of the photo?

Aside from using off-camera flash to add light to the scene? Not really.
