First attempt at shooting sprint car racing. Taken from top row of the stands at a large 1/2 mile track. Had a great time as long as what little light was left in the sky helped out. This shot was during warm ups and driving right into the sun. Is it worth cropping any? I kind of like it as is as it shows the where he's heading. Shot is totally hand held.

From the looks of the large file on Flickr if you crop it you will find that the car itself is not as sharp as you might like. Personally I would bump up the ISO and use a slightly faster shutter, somewhere in the range of 1/100, that should help out alot with getting the car as sharp as possible.
