Default The Peloton

Peloton

What do people think? I've been getting some nice close up shots, however, I've been struggling with my distance group shots. How could I improve this capture. What are general thoughts and the picture?

Camera: Canon EOS 7D
Exposure: 0.001 sec (1/1000)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 300 mm
ISO Speed: 250

I love the shot except you need some pp on it. It's terribly flat as it is (need more contrast) and you need some color, maybe bump the saturation a bit. Also check your white balance, seems to have a tint to it.

Clean it up and it's an awesome shot (imo).

I think it's great. I even like the low saturation level. Nice job.

this is actually a washed out and aged effect I use once in a while. I constantly debate whether or not to use it but sometimes the results are great. Thanks for the comments

Ah, I get it then. Not my cup of tea but, with that in mind, I think you have a fine capture here.

I love it. The angle is perfect and love the separation of the leader in a different color jersey

I like the composition a lot, but do not care for the antiquing effect - all of the modern cycling equipment, Oakley specs, etc., and you use an effect that imitates age? I would love to see the original.
