Default Shoot for an MMA fighter

Ok, no action on this shot but I like it. Did a shoot for a friend of mine--he's an MMA fighter with a fight coming up in Atlantic City on June 11 (let me know if you'd like to go, I'm helping him sell tickets). We wanted to capture his inner animal. We also did some product shoots for an apparel company which sponsors him.

This is one of my favorite shots.

f2.8
ISO 160
1/250
38mm

Nicly done! the hard lighting works perfectly. I have no critique/correction to suggest, i think even the specular highlights work here.

Thanks. I wanted to add the touch of highlights just to make it, well, more evil. :>

Great job! I think the lighting is perfect for the type of shot.

Thanks. I really like the shot. I was after a bad ass look and got it. Got some other good shots as well--will have to post more as time permits--and, quite frankly, I'm very pleased with the whole shoot. Was a lot of fun and got exactly what I was after. How often does that happen when going for something which isn't basic photography?
