Default Friends playin football!

I am VERY new to DPS and photography is my passion/hobby. I would like it to be more but not sure if I have what it takes! I took this (single shot) at my husbands and friends football game. I know I am supposed to ask for a specific critique but Im not sure what I need to ask here. Please help me in anyway you can (even in what to ask would be helpful). Thank you

If it weren't for the background, maybe I'll get an idea that these guys are into sprinting and not playing football. Also, the right leg of the guy in the leftmost part was awkwardly cut off. Just my two cents.

Cheers!

I agree with the crop critique... plus, if you are going for a dymanic sports shot, you have to include the ball... people in motion is rarely enough. So despite the fact that these guys are all sprinting into motion, the viewer is lost without seeing the purpose of their sprint, IMHO,

Very good point! Thank you! I have more shots with the ball in them, peoples faces being smooshed into the ground and so forth but I loved this one for some reason. Thank you very much, I didnt think about the fact that the ball was not in this one.
