Sony GPS CS3KA

I was considering getting this GPS but looking at the list of compatible devices it seems to have every camera except the A230 so I'm wary of buying on the off chance it won't work (i've fallen foul of this problem with a remote commander recently). I suspect it will be ok but if anyone has any experience of it I'd love to hear about it.
Of course if anyone knows of a 3rd party gps that will work I'd love to know.

Judging by the way this device works, I think it will work with ANY of the Alpha cameras.

What is doesn't seem to work with is CF Memory cards, w/o the help of a PC.

It seems to be (pardon the pun) worth a shot.
