Default Help... I lost my software

can any one tell me where to find the software the a350 came with? i lost my CD and cant find it on the Sony website. what is the name of the program and where can i download it? or if there is any better programs that will tell me the EXIF on my pics... thanks.

you can see the exif just by right clicking the photo, and going to properties. This will bring up the usual file properties, on the second tab - summary, you will find Author Comment and other such text fields. At the bottom of that you will see Advanced, click that and there's your exif. Usually you only have to do this once on one photo, then it will come up by default when you choose summary.

As for EXIF, if you have Photoshop take a look at this plugin, if you don't then anyone reading that does can look. It does require Perl installed and another simple package but the instructions are clear.

You can also get the info from Flickr if using. Most image editors will let you look at file(image) info even if you have to write down the info. And there are thousands of free EXIF tools to view or modify the details, though I would frown on modifying even the date if incorrect.

its pretty common to right click and view the properties.

to see ALL (screeds) of the properties, upload to flickr and it will show you everything
