I just picked up my new Sony A77 on Thursday (01/12/2012). Only the body was available so I went without the new kit lens (16-50mm). My camera store says I can still have the 16-50mm at $600 when it come in.
My first DSLR is my Sony A350 from almost 3 years ago. This is not a bad transition to the Sony A77. I have not had video before, something new to learn. The A77 has so many new items inside not even my camera store knows what the heck a load of the buttons are for. Good thing I have David Busch's A77 book on order from Amazon. So far everyone who sees the A77 is in awe of it. It was worth the wait. I will keep you updated!!! Almost forgot...took me 3 months on order but now I HAVE A Sony SLT-A77V!!! CaptDave |
