Default So I got a Sony Alpha A55 for christmas.

What do you think? It's my first camera of this level so I'm still learning my way around it (more like a labyrinth). How should I start?

The classic "read the manual" is always a good place. Charge the battery completely, sit down with the camera in hand, and go through the manual from start to finish and do EVERYTHING it says in the manual. You can always reset it later, but at least you'll know what your camera can do.
