Default Sony DSC-H9

I've always had a love of photography, but haven't really had the time, nor money, to invest in it. I recently graduated High School and moved from the town I grew up in, in Texas, to Atlanta, Georgia for college! I've noticed that there are a ton of "nature" areas in this part of the country and decided to permanently kidnap my Aunt's digital camera, a Sony DSC-H9.

I did some research into it and it seems to be an older camera, which I don't really care about because I'm just learning photography. I might sound stupid, but I asked some of my friends who do photography about the camera and getting lenses for it and they asked if it was even the type that could add lenses. I have no idea. I wanted to know if y'all know.

I've read about the camera and it seems to be alright. I've read lots of articles here about Shutter Speed, ISO, Aperture, etc.

Thanks!

It's a very nice camera, but it's not a DSLR. Its considered a point and shoot camera and does not allow detaching lenses. The lens on the camera is permanently fixed.

It may be fixed, but it does offer a really wide zoom. From a decent wide angle to a good telephoto. I had the H9 (and the H1). I took a lot of good pics with it.

Default Conversion Lens

Do a search for conversion lens for the Sony DSC H9.
I was thinking about getting a combo pack that included a macro, wide, and telephoto for this model. I lost the link and need to look for it, but conversion lenses exist for this model. They attach to the adapter ring that came with the camera.
