This is an edit of a photo a friend emailed to me of herself & her parents visiting the Blue Mountains near Sydney. They were standing nowhere near the edge in the original shot.
I had a bit of fun with it in Photoshop and sent it back to them. Apparently her mum freaked out when she saw it as she does not like heights. ![]()

It does look very real! It looked so real to me that instead of feeling dizzy, the cynic in me automatically thought there was a hidden level underneath that rock which would catch them before they fell too far; they all looked so calm. I've seen several photos taken at a spot I *think* in the Grand Canyon which gives that effect. The fact that it is an illusion created after the fact is more impressive to me! I also hope you will repost this in the "How I took it" section!
