could i have over done the edit?is there any suggestions

Hi there I moved your thread to the post processing critique section since I felt it fit better here. I also added your additional information to your original post as to not clutter things up.

As for over doing the edits it really depends on what look you where trying to achieve. I like the abstractness and high contrast of the edit you have done. I find some of the hot pixels to be a little annoying you see a few here and there mostly red and blue pixels spread around the image. It would take some effort to remove these, it wouldn't be hard just time consuming but I feel the image would appear cleaner with out these stray pixels laying around.
