There actually isnt an HDR section. Would you perhaps like it moved to post processing?

Nice shot. The composition looks pretty good to me except for maybe that rock face on the left. I like the cold blue color.

It seems that the top center area of the waterfall is underexposed. Overall though a good image it's very calming.

I thought that too but looking at my other shots I took and some summer shots the rock is actually Black (see bottom right also) there so it is hard to pull out some more detail... I might try cloning in some cascading water in that spot

Love the photo, but am distracted by the bit of rock on the left hand side of the picture... Once I saw it my eye was constantly drawn to it.

Nice... Oh My, I think I need to visit Yosemite in the winter!!! I agree with some of the other posts that the exposure could be a little brighter to bring out more detail. The rock on the left is a tough call for me I'd have to see it cropped out, but it might bring the focus more to the subject.
Good job though.
