The subject is clearly the art on the wall. I think your just too far away here. It looks like an attempt at using perspective to create leading lines that help guide the eye through the image was used here which is great but your just too far from the wall. I would have gotten much closer to the wall since this is the dominate force the image. The background city does not add much to the image. If the city was really falling apart or had a larger skyline perhaps it would have worked better.
As for the selective color it's not really my thing, if you got closer and filled more of the frame the color would be very dominate.

Hey im just new at this n i dont really know how to use photoshop perfectly. Today i was trying to make the same photo effect to some of my pictures but i didnt know how to keep the colour in some zones n in others make it black n white. I was wondering if u could explain me

Nice shot. I think there is a bit much foreground - its not really contributing to the scene, and because of this I also notice that the tops of the trees are cut off. I know that selective colour is not all that popular these days but in this case I think you've used it to great effect. If you're able to revisit the shot, perhaps try to get in closer or use the zoom to lose some of the foreground. And if the sky was doing something more interesting weather-wise that would be a definite bonus.
