Hi everyone, I am really new to HDR technique, so hopefully you all can give me tips and advice on how i can improve it.
![]() I created this hdr photo using three photos with eV -2.0, 0.0 and +2.0 and process it using Dynamic Photo HDR 4.5. But i found that the result is not what i have expected. I found that the texture of the cement concrete is not so detail and the photo looks somehow too soft and real. I want it to be unreal and imaginary yet fantastic and eye-catching. How to create sth like this in the link below? http://www.flickr.com/photos/timheff...7618746695541/ One more question, is it better to have a lot more photos of different exposure instead of only 3? Thanks a lot

I wonder if this scene is really suited to the kind of HDR effect you are looking for. To me, the top half looks like HDR while the bottom half looks kind of normal. Also, I think it would take a lot to make this subject matter "fantastic and eye-catching." The car is the subject of your photo but it's not very photogenic and is mostly hidden from view. I'd bet this shot would have more impact if you got higher so that you could concentrate on the car and the concrete and less on the orange structure below.
