Default Attempt to HDR

Got one picture of sunset in RAW, made 5 copies and adjusted the EV accordingingly to adjust the different areas, then used Photomatix.

Well done -- I would not have guessed that it was HDR, which is probably the highest praise I can give.

I do think that, overall, it's a bit too yellow -- but that's not an HDR issue.

I agree that you should try cooling it down. It looks unnaturally warm.

Could be better. It's a good start but it lacks contrast in my opinion. It appears as if the entire image is just in one dimension. Adding contrast to the clouds, dock, and a bit in the water will really make this photo pop. Another thing is to brighten the dock area a tad to make it stand out a bit from the rest of the image.
