Default Penny for your thoughts...

What do you think of my post-processing on this photo? I'm just trying an idea I had, and I like the outcome, but I don't know if my clients (or anybody else) would like it...

P.S. The blurry parts are on purpose...

I like the idea but it bothers me that the man's one eye is out of focus. If both of their faces were in focus and the rest was blurry I think it would be great!

Yea, the blurry eye is pretty distracting.

Also, the eyes look VERY fake... almost creepy.

For me, the eyes are really over done and the focus on her face is to sharp for the softness in his. If you even that out and tone down the eyes it is a nice shot!

You know what's funny, I've already toned down the eyes. (I can get kinda crazy with eye-popping actions at times.) Originally, her outside eye was blurry too. See, I don't want their faces to be so obviously or geometrically sharp against the rest of the blurry picture, but I didn't want everything to get gradually blurry around the faces either. I think I was going for some sort of a tilt-shift lens/vintage effect, or something. I don't know. Just trying to be original.
