Default Covered Bridge HDR



This is a 3 exposure HDR image I took while in the White Mountains.

I really like this photo. I think it would also look great in black and white. Keep up the great work!

Was there something specific you didn't like or had questions about with the image?

Was this picture cropped?


I think a vertical orientation may have been better in this case. It would get more of the railing into the image creating more of a foreground element. It would also add to the height of the trees and fantastic color in the image. I bet you could have still kept the entire bridge within the frame. Just a thought for next time.

Hi Murtasma,

Thank you for the response! Yes the image was cropped a little on the left hand side, I thought it worked with the walkway though. Taking it in a verticle orientation is an excellent idea, I see what you mean!!

1 suggestion. try either cloning out the sky in the upper right or cropping to remove it, it creates a hotspot in your shot, that keeps drawing the eye
