Default Sunset over wheat field

This is two shots combined into one. The field and the sky are put together as one in order to expose both properly. I was wondering if it looks too fake or if it is a believable photo. I'm still learning alot in the PP area of photography and it is my first attempt at something like this. Thanks for the input.

Wow - wheat fields are one of my favorite images anyway (for some reason). I've photographed, painted, quilted and drawn them. Never before have I seen so engaging a sky above one though!

The colors are very nice ,although the dark area between the horizon and the wheat field does not look right. I would try and lighten up the area so that it matches the scene, and would also straighten the horizon.

What he said. You would expect the brightest part of the field to be nearest the light source. Its a difficult blend because the exposure of the sky is so much less than the field.

Here is a very rough illustration of my point.
