I like the HDR where you have to ask if is or isn't. I can't imagine being able to get that cloud exposure from a single shot as suggested above. Possible from a single tone mapped RAW file or maybe with a graduated ND filter but then it looks like you used a graduated ND filter. Persnally I like the way the clouds work in this one. Looks good to me for a first try!
I would have gone for more exposure in the shadows at the front of the bike. What was the EV range of your input shots? Last edited by arlon; 09-02-2009 at 03:24 PM. |

I like th processing on this shot, although I agree that the shadows in the foreground need more exposure to bring out the details, and like Fletch said you might want to increase contrast and saturation to give it more punch. Love the way the sky looks! One last thing: The horizon looks like it needs straightening.
