Question home made studio lighting?

so this is my first attempt at editing something to this extent, im fairly amateur at this as well. i got the idea on taking this picture from the featured tutorials section on the home page with the fruit in bubbly water and thought id try it mysef i think i went a little over board using the dodge tool around the box tho. is the photoshopping that obvious when you look at the reflection, mainly around the box? im open to any suggestions and a few pointers!

Default Reflections

I'm all about reflections. I think it would look cool if you could get the entire reflection of the box and bottle into the shot. Just an idea. Overall it looks nice.
