HDR and 1raw technique

I've been doing HDR photos (not looking for realistic look, ok?) using photomatix, my style isnt real HDR's i like saturated color and strong contrast some times and dramatic sky!
So i took this picture, what do you think???

Hi,

I would say that some parts of the images look great, for what it is that you are trying to achieve - the clouds, the gate...

Unfortunately, the halos (for example, around the tree) take a lot away from the photo.
