Default Barbie´s apartment -Fake Tilt-Shift-

Hello,
I applied a different technique on this picture, I use Alienskin´s Bokeh and Photoshop.

As you can see, I apply the focus on an elliptical zone, do you think it look fake? What can I do better in order to catch the "miniature look"?
Please let me know.

Thanks.

Luis, in the right side of the building next to the balcony, it looks part of the elipse sharp, unless it was intended on that way
IMO try to blur that section
good job

I second Art on the sharp area. It grabs my attention quickly. But your overall effect is pretty kool !

Hola Art,

I must have to recognize this, I was playing with new toys "Alien Skin: Bokeh" and at that point I have no practice at all. It was a first approach and at the end of the day I was very glad.

Thanks for the advise, BTW Muy buen trabajo en tu sitio.

Thanks for looking.

Cool effect, but this should really be done on a duplicate layer and masked to get further control over where you are blurring/bokeh-ing. The sharp area on the right is very distracting, and other areas that should not be blurred are. Such as the bottom-left portion of the balcony and the top-left corner of the room. I can almost see exactly where you drew the ellipse.

Nice work regardless, looking good.

yeah Luis playing, you discover and produce a lot of good work, the same happens to me with CS3 and Photomatix, let's keep playing and learning from this school and the entire community.

Gracias por tus comentarios de mi sitio
