I was pleased with this PP, but something about the drops of water does not seem right. Any suggestions?

They seem half-frozen in a way: can you post the EXIF info so that we can see the shutter speed? It might need a little speeding up/slowing down depending on what effect you want.

I guess a faster shutter speed would have rounded out the water drops but maybe the elongated ones add movement.... Now I'm really confused and the bright spot is beginning to bug me.

I'd try taking photos at several faster shutter speeds and slower ones and see what happens. It's a learning experience.
