Default LOMO post production technique

Well i have been reading for a long time and i thought this post production technique was pretty darn cool, i think it really makes this shot of my son paling outside.

EXIF
Camera: Nikon D40
Exposure: 0.001 sec (1/800)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 200 mm
ISO Speed: 200

agreed a very good shot and love the editing any chance of a quick summary of how it was done it looks really good

I really like the shot, but there seems to be too big of a contrast between the lights and shadows here.

you know i was kind of thinking about that too, I thought his shirt looked a little blowen out. I think i'll try to fix it.

Ok got the detail in his shirt without wrecking the rest of the photo i think.
