Default Syoyambhu, Nepal- My first HDR

Hi. This my very first HDR (the first one I felt is an HDR). Please critique. Is it allright. Please suggest, as I am a newbie.
Now that's en-lightment...

OK, heres my .02. Overall nice colors, sky could be brighter and bluer , got to lose the halo around the upper portion of the blg. What program are you processing with?

I like your choice of the subject for HDR it has so much to offer.

The way to improve is: try reducing the whites and luminocity (this should remove the overexposure of the clouds and sort out the halo around the building).

Also try to raise micro-smoothing and Light smoothing.

Cheers,
G.

Oh. Thanks. I used the most talked about, Photomatix Pro 3.1 followed by lucis pro.

Lucis Pro probably shouldn't have been used, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do something. I would focus more on getting nice HDR tone mapped images before you start layering other special effects on top. Lucis Pro made your halos and micro contrast much more noticeable and almost cartoon like. I like the subject you photographed here and think it could work well using the HDR tone mapping process. I would have liked the camera to come down just a little bit to add a little more to the scene at the bottom to help frame the objects in the foreground better without having them just pop into the frame like that.

Yes. I shouldn't have used lucis pro. The halo were less visible before using it. Thanks a lot Murtasma.I will post other HDRs later, please do critique. Thanks a lot.
