Maybe crop a bit from the bottom and right. It's ok though.

Treatment is somewhat over the top in my opinion. Take it back a few steps.
Don't stop experimenting!

I like the impression of rain this image gives me I do think the shadows are really blocked up and lacking, You may have pushed your adjustments a little to far. I think this processing on an image where it's actually raining and you can see rain drops would look sweet. Thank you for sharing.
