Welcome to DPS! First, you should read the forum rules (up in the Landscape Critique forum -- it's a sticky thread right at the top of the list). In particular, post only one image per thread, and only one thread per day. Also, please ask specific questions about your photos.

Hey, it's ok by me. But asking spcific questions is a great skill to develop -- both for yourself and for critiquing others.

As far as the contrast -- I think that going ultra-high contrast is an artistic decision, but if you're going to do so, you need to clean things up a bit. For example, The half-visible building on the far left is really distracting and unnecessary. I'd recommend removing anything that isn't the intended subject, or something that adds to it.

There are some nice things that high-contrast photos do, such as emphasize interesting lines and shapes -- such as the stairwells. You might want to see how you can put the focus a bit more on those.

Overall, it's a neat effect, but needs a little tweaking.
