Arrow Hair Color Perspective Shot: too much post-processing?

here's the shot:

my questions are these:

does the post-processing annoy you (is there too much?)

should i fix the splotch of color on my sister's wrist (by the tattoo?)

does the shot work better in black and white? (also posted on flickr)
http://www.flickr.com/photos/starjo/3551977338/

should i flip it 180 degrees? i tried it, but liked it better as is (upside down) what do you think?

thanks for any feedback!!

Did you check the illustrated instructions in the FAQ?

If you browse to your image in Flickr > Select All Sizes > Select Medium > Copy and paste the HTML code. I went ahead and linked to your image for you.

I preffer this version to the b/w one. I especcialy like the purple brush.
I don't mind the spot on your sister's arm.

Good work
