hello to all of you photograph enthusiast.
As I take more and more pictures with my New D90, I am trying to build a portfolio for my future website (I'll start the work this summer).
So here is one of the few noticeably processed photo that I think would fit in my "personal best" folder.

So I would like your opinion on it, and don't hold back, as it can only help improve myself

Aperture: f/3.8

I like the shot as a whole, but I do think the colors of the tree are blending in too much with the rest of the image. I would brighten the tree up so it POPS
and maybe crop the top down a bit to get rid of some that really bright sky

When I first looked at this image, my thought was that the color is washed out. Did you desaturate it at all? The sky is definately blown out also.

Thanks a lot for your answers
Yes indeed I've desaturated the whole picture except the wisteria flowers, as I really wanted it to pop from the rest.
I agree with windrider86, the sky is my biggest concern and since I did not shoot in raw, I don't think it can be fixed.
I'll try to crop it a bit, but if anybody has anymore ideas to make it better, don't hesitate.

This sky is a little overdone for this photo but it is a quick fix to see what can be done to improve an image. I did a levels adjustment to your original also. Move the mid-tones adjustment from 1.00 to 0.65. I think it is an improvement.
