rapeseed fields HDR

Hi This is my 1st HDR post, took it on saturday evening while the sun was on it's way down, took 3x shots using my kit lens, with autoexposure bracketing @+1 -1 then merged to HDR in Photoshop. Toyed with level brightness etc after. Is the tree on the right too distracting, should I crop & what do you guys think of the hdr? Is the sun blown out to much & what would be the best way to tone the sun down a bit

I don't find the tree to be that distracting I would however crop it out since it adds nothing to the scene and it's small. I would also straighten the horizon as well. I think the sun and sky looks just fine. I however thing getting just a little bit lower will introduce a more focused subject for the foreground (the rapeseed field).

Hi Thanks, will do on the crop. I tried straightening already but that was the natural flow of the fields, was a tripod shot as well & the levels were spot on, wil see what I can do though.

It very well may be straight, just doesn't appear straight. Maybe getting higher would help so the viewer would notice the filed is a rolling hill?
