Default First attempt at Lomo feel

Hi there,

This is my first post, as well as my first attempt at creating the lomo photography feel. I used the tutorial posted by Darren Rowse, here in DPS.

p.s. I was using photoshop elements 2.0, and was therefore missing the curves layer. I don't know how important this was or how to do this in elements 2.0. Any suggestions appreciated.

two things i would change #1 is get rid of the hose #2 make your vingette a bit smoother. Not fond of the hard edge
Other than that I really like this. Like how the pooches are standing, the angle you took with them and the overall effect

Thank you windrider! I really appreciate the comments. I'll see what I can do about the hose, and smooth out the vignette.

I like the look of it, as I'm a big lomo fan. I agree that the hose has to go. The other thing that I noticed is the feet on the front dog being cut off. I would like to see all of the feet. Nice work, it has potential. Oh, and I love the dogs, too!
