I have placed this here as it is edited is this right ? Hope so !!!
![]() O k this was using the CLose-up Setting on my Canon A560 for trial purposes then I obviously tweaked the background to black and white and added a second layer removing all but the ye and using the Multiply Blend mode this was the result. As I say Camera is a Canon A560so nowt fancy just wanted people's thoughts .... I have played abouut with a radial depth of field blur but wasn't sure. So please add how you think it could be improved. The original pre edit id here for comparison sake http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3465/...669b879f7a.jpg Camera: Canon PowerShot A560 Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60) Aperture: f/7.1 Focal Length: 5.8 mm ISO Speed: 80 Exposure Bias: 0 EV Flash: Auto, Fired, Red-eye reduction

The first thing I noticed was the eyes. They are both cutt off at odd points. The big one should be all the way in the picture and the other one, instead of leaving just a tiny bit showing try copping it out.
I'm not a huge fan of selective coloring. I think it might work for this if the colors were very faint. Just a hint of color would make a big imapct. Parts of his face are in focus and some are not. Which could be because your aperature setting was at F.7. Try using a different setting, maybe 11. Other than that. I like the dtail in the fur and the angle you did.

Selective colour I usually am not a huge fan but I thought would try as the original pic shows his age with his eyes clouding etc etc so wanted a nice pic of him for the wall for me mom. Still cannot find the Exif stuff though spent all afternoon after last mailing you looking maybe it is because I do not have the pro option ? or a screen shot as to where it is would be helpful.. will check to see if it in the Rules bit if not may help us newbie's lol !! Save you some stress Thank you again for your ehlp today !
